We have organized an informal neighborhood association. Our goal is to
make us a more cohesive, fun and safe neighborhood.
Since there are so many choices for education in Anchorage,
our children attend multiple schools- especially
elementary. We hope this association will allow our children
to meet friends their own age with similar interests. Funny enough, the grownups seem to enjoy meeting eachß other, too!
Our mission is to enhance the sense
of community, build relationships and promote fun
and activities within the neighborhood.
If you have ideas for events or activity groups please contact us and we'll help make it happen. If you have a local service to offer, let us know and we'll post it on our local services page. Have questions? Know of a crime in the neighborhood? Want to donate or advertise on this site? Want to get involved? Give us a shout. We hope this website will become a way to get the word out and bring neighbors together.
Update! We are beginning to prepare for spring/summer activities and events, which means we will have some small expenses coming up. We would never turn down a good old fashioned donation! We are volunteers only, so 100% of the money we receive goes directly toward website and event expenses, such as printing fees for flyers and for signs around the neighborhood.
